The team’s current goal is the development of new technologies for clinical diagnosis and health care based on exosomal analysis. By combining nanomaterials, microfluidic technologies, next-generation genetic sequencing and proteomics, exosomal biomarkers from different clinical samples can be rapidly analyzed and quantitatively detected. Our major directions are as follows: 1) novel platforms for exosome purification, 2) multi-omics strategies for exosomal biomarkers analysis, 3) high-sensitive exosomal detection methods for point-of-care testing, 4) Organs-on-a-chip.
